Lead Generation Responsible (Remote)

Preferable Location: Madrid, Amsterdam, London   |   Full Time

We are looking for a Lead Generator for our sales process, being ultimately responsible for identifying people who are potentially interested in partnering with xtixs. Along with generating new leads, he/she/they will also need to stay on top of the leads generated through inbound means so that they can initiate routine follow-ups as a part of the lead nurturing process. 


Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: You’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels. Here are the detailed tasks: 
  • Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels 
  • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads 
  • Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software 
  • Sales Management: Perform the following sales activities: 
  • Understand how the sales process works and manage the sales pipeline 
  • Participate in webinars, in-person events, conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities 
  • Research: You’ll be required to research the target market during the lead generation activities: 
  • Understand the pain points faced by the prospects during communication. Identify if they’re looking for specific features 
  • Check for competitor products mentioned/used by leads and prospects during communication and the intent behind using them 
  • Communication Skills: You should be aware of the following communication practices while interacting with leads: 
  • Interact professionally with leads, existing customers, and other company stakeholders via various communication mediums 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to work on tasks relevant to lead generation 
  • Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure that you can effectively communicate the product features, use cases, and benefits to the prospective customers 
  • Follow company decorum at all times when representing the organisation


Skills and Qualifications

  • Based in the Netherlands or Spain (working remote, even after pandemic if desired).
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask  
  • 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting 
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in for at least 1-2 years 
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills 
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM software 
  • Excellent client servicing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or superior is a plus
  • Desire to grow professionally into a fast growing startup environment within a clear drive to become a relevant player into the ecosystem in the short and long term
  • Dutch is a plus
