Head of Marketing (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled marketing and brand director to help us settle and promote our value proposition and offerings worldwide. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. She/he will have the ability to lead a multi regional / cultural teams of digital marketers, creatives and PR, and interact with clients from 5 different continents on a regular basis.

Objectives of this Role

  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products externally
  • Start up, oversee and grow the marketing & brand organization, building & feeding a high performance team, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth into the brand’s visibility among fans and live entertainment industry stakeholders.
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team


  • Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of brand and marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and online sales
  • Be responsible for creating, evolving and implementing our brand’s identity worldwide
  • Hold regular meetings with regional and local digital marketers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure team consistently performs above standard


Skills and Qualifications

  • Based in European Union or the United Kingdom (remote work, even after pandemic)
  • Fluent english
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles (+2 years minimum at that level positions) and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing (TikTok, Twitch, Linkedin is more than a plus)
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree
  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
  • Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Desire to grow professionally into a fast growing startup environment within a clear drive to become a relevant player into the ecosystem in the short and long term
